Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026.
This policy explains what information MADDWAXX Records (“MADDWAXX”, “we”) collects through maddwaxx.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we don’t run analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
Email list
If you join our email list, we collect your email address so we can send you new episodes, show news, and occasional announcements. The signup form and mailing list are run by SendFox, which stores your address and sends our emails. SendFox protects the form with Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect information about your device and browser to tell people from bots; Google’s privacy policy and terms apply to that. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to our inbox at hello@maddwaxx.com. We use this only to reply to you.
Embedded players
Episodes play through Mixcloud players embedded on our pages. When a player loads, Mixcloud may set cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. Some episode players load only after you press “Play episode”.
Hosting
Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of our own.
- We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We don’t send marketing to anyone who hasn’t signed up for it.
Links to TikTok, Twitch, and Mixcloud take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Access, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailinghello@maddwaxx.com.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the “last updated” date above.
